Thankfully, we were mostly back online after less than 48 hours, after we rebuilt our servers on another platform.
Yes, folks, we had all your stuff backed-up and restored for you!

We are working to setup a failover system for all clients, so that any future events of this magnitude will have the smallest impact possible.
