We are not "reselling" any 3rd party hosting service - rather, we are implementing and managing our own virtual Linux-based servers in the US.

If that means nothing to you, then consider this: the company creating and helping you manage your website now has complete control over the servers upon which your site, and your email, are running. We can respond to your support requests sooner, as we are able to address any problems ourselves.

These servers can host your website, your databases and your email.

Pricing starts at AU$14.95 per month for a site that uses average bandwidth (approximately 500MB).
This includes:

• hosting space on a Linux server
• one MySQL database
• 10 mailboxes (more if required, see costs below)
• webmail and POP3 mail
• direct contact with the server administrator

*Additional MySQL databases can be setup for a once-off fee of AU$10 each.
*Subdomains and pointers can be setup for a once-off fee of AU$5 each.
*Additional mailboxes and mail forwards can be setup for you at no cost, however if you request more than 5 in any 30-day period, there will be a charge of AU$5.

We do not impose any hard limits on your disk storage or bandwidth usage, however we do reserve the right to re-evaluate your hosting cost if it is determined that you are using well-above the average amounts. Generally, 1GB of disk storage for your website and 1GB of mail storage is considered more than reasonable.

NOTE: we do not currently employ a control panel, so functions such as adding mailboxes, ordering subdomains and pointers etc must be done via an email request to us. You can still manage your database via tools such as SQLyog, and SecureFTP is available to upload your web files to the server.
